the hotel had an unbeatable location next to Groenerei. the area was really quiet close to the canal from the window. 3. the room itself was luxurious and nicely furnished. 4. the room had essentials I needed, including a fireplace, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Good-sized units with the shower, great views, for instance, excellant employees. Location unbeatable, nearby a subway station.

Spent my time lovely here, I truly enjoyed the place. The staff were excellent, doing great job. The absolutely perfect location was next to Market Square. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Bruges.

I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a seating area by the window overlooking the canal. The staff on check-in were friendly and provided lots of helpful information, maps, and money-off vouchers for key attractions. The location was excellent, just steps from the main square yet in a peaceful area. Fresh towels and a bottle of water were provided daily, and the air conditioning was a welcome amenity. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Bruges.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and money-off vouchers for key attractions. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning was a welcome feature during the warm temperatures. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Our weekend at this hotel was amazing! The location couldn't have been better - right at the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the canal from our window. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the fast wifi speed was a bonus!

We experienced a few hiccups during our stay. Housekeeping entered our room early in the morning without prior notice, which was not ideal.
